Natalie Milosevic
SA Regional Manager

Natalie is passionate about leading and motivating high performing teams to deliver meaningful projects to support the wider community. Natalie started her engineering career as a structural engineer with an interest in architecture and subsequently developed a curiosity in developing leadership skills. Throughout her career, Natalie has focused on developing her project management, project delivery, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Natalie is now a highly experienced senior project manager with the ability to inspire trust in team members to ensure team members feel comfortable approaching her for guidance and feedback.

Martha Hackshaw
WA Regional Manager
10+ years experience in reservoir process engineering, environment and project management
Martha has 10 years of technical grounding in Petroleum Engineering and is now transitioning into project management, supervisory, and coaching roles. Her qualifications include recent postgraduate study in energy and carbon sustainability, including carbon accounting. Martha is a strong communicator who is passionate about building an inclusive environment and delivering impactful results. She enjoys project management, business improvement, leadership, and strategic thinking opportunities.

Huw Dent
Principal Engineer - Rotating Machines & Pipelines
14+ years experience in power generation, turbines, compressors, pipelines, and corrosion.
Huw is a Mechanical Engineer with fourteen years of experience in the Hydrogen, Oil and Gas, Power, Water, Materials Handling and Mining industries. He has skills in the detailed design and project management of piping systems and pressure vessels across many industries. His technical consulting work has provided him with experience in project estimation, detailed scopes of work, mechanical calculations, project management, vessel inspection, stress analysis, piping design, vessel design and commissioning. Huw brings drafting capabilities in 3D modelling, 2D drafting and smart P&IDs. Huw has demonstrated the ability to lead teams, both in multi-disciplined project setting and within a dispersed pool of technical staff of up to 50 people.

Margaret Gayen
Principal Engineer - Mechanical
9+ years experience in detailed mechanical design, hydrogen compatibility of pipe materials and components, and has contribute to multiple feasibility studies for hydrogen production and distribution
Margaret is a Mechanical and Project Engineer with experience across high-tech manufacturing, industrial design consulting and energy strategy. In 2022, Margaret was awarded South Australian Young Professional Engineer of the Year by Engineers Australia and the Young Energy Professional Development Award by the Australian Institute for Energy (SA), for her contributions to the engineering industry as a community leader and her work exploring the use of hydrogen as a renewable fuel.

Michelle Laws
Principal Engineer - Network & Control Systems
26+ years experience in network protocols, PLC configuration, SCADA implementation, functional safety, and extensive control system commissioning.
Michelle is a Controls and Electrical Engineer with 26 years of professional experience in the engineering domains of automation control, electrical, communication and SCADA systems. She is innovative and has demonstrated continuous development of knowledge throughout an ever changing industry. In projects, Michelle is adaptable and demonstrates an ability to find sound technical and commercial solutions at short notice. She has worked in many heavy industries, including Power Generation, Water, Minerals Refining, Mining and Hydrogen for both greenfield and brownfield sites, as well as the commercial space of performance Theatre.

Chris Bullard
Principal Engineer - Electrical & Control Systems
14+ years experience in LV power distribution, PLC Configuration, machine guarding, functional safety and project leadership.
Chris is a TÜV certified Electrical Engineer and Electrician with over 13 years’ experience; specialized in Safety & Control Systems. He has worked on different types of PLCs & HMIs in different industrial automation environments with different roles in each project. He has specialised in the detailed design installations and commissioning of electrical, safety & control systems. His project exposure has provided him with experience in brownfield investigation, project estimates, detailed scope of works, electrical calculations & installation, brownfield & greenfield design, PLC programming, project management, electrical troubleshooting and site supervision

James Chervatin
Principal Engineer - Electrical & Instrumentation
14+ years experience in control systems, instrumentation, hazardous areas, and project leadership.
James is an Instrument / Electrical Engineer with fourteen years of experience in the Hydrogen, Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Water, Materials Handling and Mining industries. He has skills in the detailed design of electrical installations, hazardous area design, control systems and gas detection systems. His project exposure has provided him with experience in brown field investigation, greenfield feasibility studies, project estimation, detailed scopes of work, electrical calculations, project management, project definition, project estimation, procurement, site supervision and commissioning. James is proficient in all types of 2D drafting, specifically electrical drawings and P&IDs.
