Grand Opening

Yesterday was very special. Redrawn was officially launched as a high impact drafting and design consultancy.

Aunty Irene was kind enough to acknowledge the ancestors of the land on which the Redrawn office sits with a smoking ceremony. It was a touching way to open what will be a safe space for people to learn new skills.

Redrawn will change the face of engineering. We will be using consulting engineering services to develop new drafters and project managers from under-represented minority groups. Creating the diverse workforce that the engineering industry will need to deliver the energy transition.

Thank you to those who have supported this to get off the ground and it was wonderful to have some of you join the families of Redrawn on the day, in particular Angela Hooper for providing Auslan interpreting services.

James, Kim and Huw (and others who join us later) look forward to sharing some more moments from the Redrawn journey as we go.
